I have that model...
There is a button--small, located to the left side of button panel just left
of the fax button. labeled setup..depress that and when the menu comes up on
the flip up screen scroll with the down button below the OK button, to
TOOLS. depress THAT and Clean print cartridge shows up as 1. on top of
screen. hit ok and it should come up " printing" which is then going thru
cleaning. It prints a page and then goes back to phone off hook.
