I have XP so I can't tell you about Vista.
Do they watch them directly or do they watch through real player or?
I know I have had realplayer give me trouble and I usually watch them direct
on their websites. I have had trouble at times but then the next time they
will work ok.
I am sure you have tried clearing the cache and all that usual stuff.
