I had a bad install of the program and one of the TS people talked me through
setting it up without the program. It just won't connect so that the PPPoE
works. I have did everything even changed the phone line, I do think the files
on my puter are set right. And thanks to Karen I got the oleacc.dll fixed, not
the way she showed me but close, she had me go to system info and run Conflict
Manager but the oleacc wasn't there so I run System file checker and Extract
one file, That fixed it. She also helped me get the dial up working, I got on
line with it last night and again this morning.
Sincerely Yours,
Hank

I've never used their software. Before I had the router I used this Raspppoe
to connect Earthlink DSL. With a router it just connects after router setup.

It sounds more like something else is wrong though. The dial up should work.
