Another silly question... normally I would just hit you with all the questions
and possible solutions, but I'm sort of thinking about it all as I'm reading
and writing...
In MY COMPUTER, you say you see the drive. If you right-click on the drive, and
hit EJECT, does it properly eject that drive door? And, if you have more than
one CD drive, is it opening the correct drive door?
