It appears that my computer has a mind of its own and deciding to
do things differently than it has been doing.

Example 1 Yesterday, the first time I opened a jpg attachment
MS Office Picture Manager prompted me to tell it what types of
images I wanted to associate with it. just like it was the first
time I had opened an image.

Example 2 Yesterday when I double clicked an attached image it
would open without any prompts. Today I get the warning dialog
box about only opening attachments from a known source and asking
if I want to open or save it. The option to ask every time I try
to open that type of file is checked and it is greyed out so I
cannot uncheck it.

Example one is no longer an issue but Example two is driving me
nuts! How do I change it to avoid the warning dialog box? I am
using an Administrator level User.
