I have over 100 folders in my accounts/folder tree. Is there a global
setting to set things such as column headers (to, from, date, subject),
grouping, etc?

I thought using the View menu in the menu bar would act globally and then
folder context menu options would modify a specific folder only.

If I have to customize each folder individually I will be very disappointed.
