Hello folks:
My sis, Alice, has a HP Photosmart 2610 All-in-One. it works great except the
fax part. The fax will work for a while and then just stop, when she
re-installs the drivers it will work again just fine until it decides it no
longer wants to.
She emailed tech support - their answer reinstall the software - even though
she told them that that is how she solves the problem and it is only a
temporary fix.
Any suggestions before she pulls all her hair out?
