Update. I can now go to the the pages when I click on the question mark on the Dell site. I upgraded to the latest Sun Java. (Didn't fix it.) I did a scan disk and defrag again. I ran system file checker (man, that took forever). AND, I completely deleted off the computer all popup stoppers. THEN it worked. So, I'm thinking that even though I wasn't using the popup stopper and it was disabled, that the popup stopper was the problem. I'm still going to see if I can figure out how to go back to an earlier version of IE sometime when I have the time though since I just tried yahoogames and it still had some glitches.
