What cd recording software did you use.
EZ creator and Nero 5 has no problems.
I also use ISO recorder. This fixes XP
so that XP can read and write a ISO file
to cd or Hard-drive.

When I started using XP -- then installed my c.d. recording software -- XP
'disabled' my c.d. recording software.( every time I booted up the message
appeared saying "C.d. recording software can cause conflicts, your c.d.
recording software has been disabled......" )

Unless one of the XP service packs takes care of that, you are likely to
have problems trying to use second party c.d. recording software.

Good advice is like good paint- it only works if applied.
