Wow Jackie! You are so right! I forgot to turn off Avira Anti-Virus 
while I ran the scan. I don't use Windows Defender's real-time scanning. 
I just run it periodically in case there might be something Avira 
overlooked. I've been thinking of uninstalling WD .
