Since I do not have AVG at this time, I am at a loss to give you correct
instruction. I hope that Re-Na will reply here.
When I did have AVG, there were two ways to access the program. Through one
route I could simply click on "Update" to check for updates and through one
route I could not do this.
Is there an icon in your system tray (lower right corner of the screen)?
I'm sorry that I laughed when I read that you had tried to update and it
said to do it manually, however, if you manually tried to update then what
else would it want you to do? The duh gets thrown into their court, Pen.
