I rolled it back up jellyroll style into a roast...tied it up.
I cooked it on the grill, and glazed at the end with remaining jam concoction.
It turned out very well!!
To go with it, I had a small baked sweet potato with butter and sour cream,
and a fresh lightly steamed corn on the cob...both from my veggie box.
