Looks fantastic and far better than the mince/ ground beef you buy as you quite
never know what is in it when you buy in supermarkets. At least my Super Turre
does like you as I have seen the butchers mincing away from hunks of beef.
Tastes so much better than the prepackaged meat in e,g, Mercadona
My mum never bought mince/ ground beef in her life. Always to chop up beef by
hand. But then she was from an older generation and never ever cooked pasta
and called spaghetti worms 😆😆. How times have changed,

I stopped by grocery store on way home…
All the ground beef there was like $4.99-$6.99/lb….
I saw whole sirloin tip roasts on sale for $2.99/lb….
I remembered I had a big meat grinder, so, about to prep everything thing
up to grind most all of that into ground beef. Will make meatsauce out of
a bunch of that, refrigerate or freeze the rest…maybe a meatloaf later in
the week.
Gonna cut up and grill eggplant for a kind of lasagna type layered eggplant
parmigiana…
Dammit, just remembered I forgot to get ricotta cheese …
Oh well, I’ll get some in next couple days and do the eggplant thing then.
I’ll spiralize some zucchinis I got too, for “spaghetti “ and meatsauce
made with “zoodles”.
Anyone else cooking today?
