Well, I got up early, and hit the gym…I gotta try to lose this pandemic 
weight and get back in shape some…

I stopped by grocery store on way home…

All the ground beef there was like $4.99-$6.99/lb….

I saw whole sirloin tip roasts on sale for $2.99/lb….

I remembered I had a big meat grinder, so, about to prep everything thing up 
to grind most all of that into ground beef.  Will make meatsauce out of a 
bunch of that, refrigerate or freeze the rest…maybe a meatloaf later in the 
week.

Gonna cut up and grill eggplant for a kind of lasagna type layered eggplant 
parmigiana…

Dammit, just remembered I forgot to get ricotta cheese …

Oh well, I’ll get some in next couple days and do the eggplant thing then.

I’ll spiralize some zucchinis I got too, for “spaghetti “ and meatsauce made 
with “zoodles”.

Anyone else cooking today?
