Now that I finally made to 81 (Jun 9th) I can look back at a lot of “old days”.
Well Capon is one of those. Back in the old days it was a common food in most
of the larger grocery stores. Today, it is gone in the four larger grocery
stores in this area. If it was available in a small store and they had them, I
would buy a couple just to have them in the freezer. Hal
