found out that the UK has since banned capons, and there are calls for them
to be banned from the US market too.
That is probably why you do not see so much of it nowadays in your
supermarkets, Hal?
Not sure why it is in the Singapore market - Asian palates tend to prefer
darker to white meats, so the market is small.
They are only sold in a chain of higher end Supermarkets so definitely not
sold in bulk.
Do any of you see any Capons in Australia or Spain?
