I can imagine the horror on your face -hahahahaha!!
The feet we get here usually no longer have the scaly skin.
I just slice off the nails with a knife before using.
The recipe you sent is rather too much work!
Traditional ones would deep fry them before braising,
and I prefer not to deep fry at home, so I will eat it outside.
Enjoy the wings - they are generally loved in most food cultures!
Best deep fried too, but I will settle for air fried.
