Hi Chris,

That looks like a feast and I hope you and Peggy had a great Thanksgiving
dinner.

The alky in me wants to know - was the Blanc de Blanc GOOD?
I have not seen many Aussie sparklings that are laid down for so long.
Was it a recent museum release or did you have great patience waiting for
it?

First time for a few years we went all out for Thanksgiving...



Roast Chicken (not Turkey), stuffing, mashed potatoes, roast squash,
green beans, gravy, cranberry sauce and some nice bubbly.





Of course we ate too much ...





but it was all tasty.
