Howdy!!
It was a while prime grade boneless rib roast.
I got it for $16.99/lb
I did half of it today, cut the rest up in 1.5” steaks and froze.
I think it was like $227.
I’m pretty much shopped out for next month or do, but that’s what special days
are for, and I’ll eat on this for days.
I plan to shave slice most of it on my deli meat slicer for French dip
sandwiches.,,
