are you using windows live or outlook, or some other email program? If it’s
windows live, before going into the message, press the application key, and go
down to junk messages, and right arrow. Go down to mark not junk and it should
return to your inbox. That’s all I know. Hope it helps.

Hi, everyone,
Some of the messages from this list are going into the spam folder. I tried
marking them as not spam on the gmail site but to no avail. What could I be
doing wrong? I posted this question to a couple of tech groups I'm on but got
no response.
