I think what you do, at least with Eudora, and maybe with all
programs is to press context and k when you're on a message that you
want to remove from Junk. That way, the program knows not to put it
there again. Conversely, when you get a piece of spam and you want
things like that to go to Junk, you press context and j and off it
goes, down de hole. :):)

Hi Rosie,
I have some messages going into my spam or junk folder too. Fortunately, they aren't from this group. What I have done is selected them pressed my application key arrowed down to move and entered on my in box. That tells gmail these messages are not spam or junk. I want these messages.to go into my in box. HTH.

Hi, everyone,
Some of the messages from this list are going into the spam folder. I tried marking them as not spam on the gmail site but to no avail. What could I be doing wrong? I posted this question to a couple of tech groups I'm on but got no response.
Thanks for your help in advance.
