Devon, there was an album called “Giant” which had a single called “You’re the
One” and “Love Is Strange.” There were instrumentalists adding guitars to
recordings he’d made before his death with him playing basically a solo guitar.
There was another album I think called “Showcase” which had similar songs
recorded with Buddy just playing a solo guitar and drums and guitars were added
later but nothing from that album was released as a single. The single did not
chart. I think I mentioned that the album “Giant” came out in 1969. I’ll
gladly send you the two songs. I’m pretty sure I’ve digitized those two songs.
If not, I’ll send you what I have digitized as I know I’ve got at least one
track digitized. Sorry to be rambling.
