I have been told that my TX can have both ACCST and ACCESS installed.
So I am playing with that and learning what is needed for a racing drone.
Also doing some study on FAA Part 107.
I have not set it up yet, as I am still playing with it and watching
YouTube videos.
What I did like about that video was, while doing infight trimming you flip
the one switch and it saves all your adjustments.
It would be good to watch again.

the timer reset in with the throttle cutoff, though. I will
definitely check out his video on the Companion. It is probably the way to
go for moving individual models around between transmitters.

Yes he has a lot of videos on what to do and a little easter for me that
I do not have to deal with the accents.

I like this guy because he talks about a lot of the neat things
that OpenTx supports including a number of programming "best practices". I
think one of the coolest things it supports is the concept of instant trim,
which could be very useful for maidens. He has assigned his momentary
switch so that it will copy the stick positions to the trim settings.
Let's say that you have just figured out what it takes to make your plane
fly straight and level. All you have to do is hit the momentary switch and
release the sticks. The trims now reflect the offsets from neutral on the
radio. You can also do it one axis at a time.
After the plane is back on the ground, he can copy the trim settings
for each axis to the sub-trim offsets in the transmitter. Pretty cool...
The video covers a lot and assumes that you have a little background in
OpenTx. So, it may not be your best 1st video on OpenTx.
