Oh, it's not a bug. Oracle told us 10 years ago that RBO was going away.
When a feature goes away, it no longer requires either support or regression
testing.

Which brings us back to the Lex de Haan's point about regression
testing. He sad something to the effect

algorithms. All we need is to have faith
