We've created hundreds of 19.13 CDB databases in the last couple of months.
Every now and then, catcdb.sql fails with "ORA-12269: client uses weak
encryption/crypto-checksumming version". The subsequent execution runs without
a problem.
catcdb.sql runs the Perl program catcon.pl which, in turn, runs sqlplus
scripts. The connection is bequeath.
We setup the environment variables, so that Perl in Oracle home is used:
