You have understood the situation perfectly ... Mark . This customer uses
oracle more than a decade and knows what ORA-600 is . We are new to their
support team (and they have a bunch of other vendors supporting them) and hence
they are just pulling our legs . Whatever I want to give them a clear crisp
reply . And both of your reply really helped .
