Ok.

I will check the content of the global_db_name in the Oracle Express.

I got the following in the Oracle Database 10g Enterprise Edition Release
10.2.0.4.0 - Prod:

1    GLOBAL_DB_NAME    ORA10G.REGRESS.RDBMS.DEV.US.ORACLE.COM    Global
database name
