This is identified by oracle and this problem occurs in Firefox 3.6
version. If you use IE this will not occur.

I have had this issue. I tried Firefox and Google Chrome. I had to try
about 5 times till it finally worked. Not sure why it is throwing a 404
error.

wondering if they are having some kind of network problem, or if it
