Issue in mails not going through in workflow mailer.

Hi DBA's
                 Need your assistance. Workflow mailer  is up & running fine
in one of my instances.

But the mails are not going through,.

In the table wf_notifications for the notifications that I have submitted,
status is OPEN, MAIL_STATUS is MAIL.

Please provide assistance , as this is critical.
