When you say they are not going through be specific,
The test mailer isn't working, you aren't receiving?
You have to make sure email addresses are on person and the HR set up.
Are all of the components of WF up. There are many components that have to be
set up and working.
What verson are you on? Is this via EBS?

Hi DBA's
Need your assistance. Workflow mailer is up & running fine in
one of my instances.
But the mails are not going through,.
In the table wf_notifications for the notifications that I have submitted,
status is OPEN, MAIL_STATUS is MAIL.
Please provide assistance , as this is critical.
