Ditte and Rhonda! Looks like I'm going out in style. Congratulations to you two 
too. We will all have to stay in touch. I will try to go to some future OPS 
meetings, but I will have to miss the annual this year.

I'll be joining the ranks of ROPS by the end of the year - sounds like we could

Thanks to Greg for the kind words and thoughtful comments. No definite plans 
yet, but I will be doing something that involves art, photography, and 
ophthalmic imaging. I'm planning to start writing the next chapter as it 
happens!

Before it's too late, I wanted to say farewell and thank you to the Great 
Richard Hackel up in Michigan who will be hanging up his fundus 
cameras/SLs/OCts in September (I believe) after a long, distinguished, and 
hyper-productive career in ophthalmic imaging (Schatz, Wake Forest, Kellogg).  
Richard is one of my heroes and more importantly, an all-around nice guy who 
never took himself too seriously yet left a huge mark on our field.   Good Luck 
Richard !
