Yes, Mary. Sometimes it's a particular type face where the distinct line 
at the top left of the six and the bottom right of the nine are too 
blurred. At other times, it is the color contrast--not enough. You might 
be surprised to know that in most of these cases, sighted people also have 
trouble reading the numbers especially those whose vision may not be as 
perfect as it once was. You might consider exploring that and if there is 
in fact a problem shared by all, making a complaint.
