Yes, I've had that problem. Sometimes, the numbers are small and the lines
on a 5, for example, come so close together that it's nearly impossible to
distinguish between a 5 and 6.

I had a problem, a few months ago, trying to enter an authorization code
into a field to authorize Office 2007. The authorization is printed on a
very small label; about the size of an address label. I tried it several
times and it wouldn't work. When I finally had a sighted person here to
ask, it turned out that what I thought was a 6, in one place, was actually a
G.

But, I wouldn't say the Optacon failed. In that case, it was me. I just
couldn't tell between 6 and G.
