Put subscribe in the Subject line.
Right. That's enough if the old address stops to work. Otherwise being
subscribed from two addresses could cause some confusion.
I had a situation where my address 1 didn't stop to work, but I wanted to
be subscribed from address 2 in order to use some specific filters etc.
Apologies for making this too complicated, but I thought about the
possible confusion which will not take place if the old address really
stops to work. Does the subscription from the old address automatically
stop when a subscription request has been sent from the new one? Isn't
there a risk that mail will still be tried to be sent to the old address
when the list admin would receive constant failure notices?

How can someone claim that being blind is better than being sighted?
