And the proponents for maintaining Title II regulation will continue to make

use investments in 2015 as evidence that the February 2015 decision did not
cause reduced investment.
That has been the argument made by our FCC Chairman, time and time again, and
that argument has been soundly refuted.
Really.
Words are not proof. Pai has provided plenty of evidence that the Title II
decision has had a chilling effect on competition.
That there isn't enough competition, enough for the broadband industry to
self-regulate, has little or nothing to do with Title II. This is just
another example of back-asswards logic. Title II is a consequence of there
not being enough competition, not the cause of it.
What crap. Just look what happened with cellular after the FCC got out of the
way and allowed competition to drive what is rapidly becoming the most
important on-ramp to the Information Super Highway...
Title II was just the long delayed government power grab to keep the FCC
relevant, and to give the political establishment the tools they needed to
assure a steady flow of money from those seeking the ability to compete.
Stubborn adherence to formula thinking, in the face of clear evidence to the
contrary, is not a good thing, Craig.
Correct. So STOP with the formula thinking.
You are not even original; you just keep parroting the heavy handed regulatory
philosophy that has protected regulated monopolies for a century.
Let go!

Craig
