could make the case. Pappas, Granite and a few others were sort of 
passionate about COFDM back when.

And they are probably going to do this after they lose must carry 
anyway. What do they know that I don't about the legal battle for must 
carry after Congress gives them multicast must carry?

I am convinced they will lose all must carry in that fight. They 
obviously don't think there is much risk.
