As I and others have said before, Broadcasting, as a business, simply could
not promote a service which they could not reliably deliver. The reasons for
that should be self evident. The introduction of 5th generation receiver
technology will change this position and I now sense real enthusiasm from
broadcasters regarding their DTV services viability.
