Care to tell us again how PCs are not heavily represented in online video and
TV viewing, Craig?

The article does not address a most important issue, though, which is how much
of any of this video is viewed "by appointment." I think a tiny minority.
Obviously, the short YouTube-type videos are not viewed by appointment, but my
bet is, the full length TV material is also not. Which is why ATSC 3.0 is
addressing this on demand aspect so emphatically.
