No need to guess. Unless they are lying, all of the video is 480i at 29.97 fps,
and they also claim 15 Mb/s, which I interpret to be a possible peak bandwidth,
since they are using stat mux.

For video programming, the lowest average among the video streams is 0.94 Mb/s,
and the highest average is 2.14 Mb/s. Many of the video streams come in around
1.3 Mb/s avg.

That's 12 video channels. An impressive number, if they are watchable.

The audio-only channels are from 70 to 80 Kb/s, which is very close to the 100
Kb/s audio quality used in almost all of their 12 TV channels, and is also
higher than the bit rates used in most of the HD radio audio streams.

Possibly, the 70-80 Kb/s are shared among more than just one audio stream. As a
comparison, I've heard HD Radio in the AM band, which should be limited to ~20
Kb/s, and it's not half bad for voice. Compared with AM radio, there is no
comparison.

It would be nice to know what the TV subchannels actually look like.
