Probably, but only if they have a reason to reconstruct.
Biloxi used to be a little town of Navy retirees until
the casinos. Now, well, two weeks ago, it's more like
Laguna Beach CA. Nice homes, manicured lawns, nice
restaurants, very picturesque.
