I think Kon is fishing...

Moviebeam was ahead of its time and used the wrong infrastructure for delivery.

Cached VOD will become a major market in the future. The DBS guys are 
doing it now to counter the VOD overtures from the cable guys.

Broadcasters are missing a big bet here, as they have tons of 
off-peak bandwidth to load the caches in STBs. Unfortunately they are 
not in the game...by choice.
