That's because in 1999 MSTV was promised that NxtWave had "cracked the code for mobile and indoor reception."

And in 2000, MSTV was told to ignore the flaws in the chosen COFDM receiver for the Washington/Baltimore/Cleveland MSTV-NAB tests.

Seems to me that MSTV's perspective now is at odds with their defense of 8-VSB
