What if the extra eyeballs benefit the broadcaster more than the CATV
system?
Then obviously it would be in the best interest of the broadcaster to grant
permission to retransmit their signal when the CATV system asks for it.

- Using the UNSUBSCRIBE command in your user configuration settings at FreeLists.org
