My last Directv installer came out 3 times and took a month to complete the job. The first time he left because he was scared of the height. The second time he sent someone else to do the job. The third time he had to come back to give me the old dish and lnb the second guy 'lifted'. 'I thought you didn't want these' was the excuse. My car was parked in the driveway too, lucky for me he didn't take that as well. I called Directv about this comedy show, and they told me they really didn't care and this really wasn't their problem. Quality!
