Dear OWLers:)

My Spanish Department is having a very difficult time trying to come up
with PERCENTAGES to break down the students' grades....so far we have:

*45% daily language engagement (homework, warmups,Active participation,)*
*15% final exam*
*10% Se motivado/Cultural Experiences*
*30% Assessments (written, speaking,journal entries)*

Can some of you share how you are breaking down your categories
please!?---My Spanish and French Department really want to institute
OWL/OLA 100% this year, and we are trying to stay aligned with our
grading...any thoughts would be appreciated:)

Gracias!

Antonio
