At the moment, the case-ness of the flat as defined in the map's sector
information has to match the flat name in the wad. For example:
In your map, you have FLATNEW1, in your wad it's flatnew1. This will fail.
In W_CheckNumForName (a slight misnomer imo, it actually takes a name and
returns a number), there is a transform that's supposed to normalize things,
but for whatever reason it is not working.
