Interesting.  Several were reported from sauvie is. Yesterday.  I wonder if
they are coming north?  Do they winter on sauvie is?

never heard of more than 2 Great Egrets being seen at the same time in the
county.  In the 1990s I had to work hard to find one Great Egret per year
in the county.  I think that Great Egrets have increased in numbers in the

Great Egrets in a pasture along Sprague Rd. north of Molalla.  A friend of
mine has told me that she sees Great Egrets in small numbers regularly in
