Kirk Pond Park below Fern Ridge dam. Did not check the reservoir. Redhead
ducks on Kirk Pond were a surprise. iPhone app bird sounds to attract Wrentit
and Chat for photography; the Wrentit was more responsive. We puzzeled over an
Orange-crowned Warbler that was singing a two-part song: strong trill with a
different trill at the end (not weakly trailing off at the end). Numbers low
overall, missing some expected species.
