I birded Tillamook county today & found 5 species of geese:
Tideland Rd, Nehalem :
Canada Geese
Cackling Geese
Snow Geese
Greater White-fronted Geese
Tillamook Bay:
Canada Geese
Brant
The Dickcissel was found today at 8 AM, noon, and 3 PM. Go to the parking
lot at Bayocean spit, then come back along the exit road until you reach a
pull-out with a view of Lake Meares on your right. People have been putting
down bird seed in the road just south of there. Park and watch the show.
