I woke up to the welcome sound of "Oh sweet Canada, Canada, Canada" this
morning - the first time I've heard one of our overwintering WHITE-THROATED
SPARROWS break into full song!
Another harbinger of spring was a single EVENING GROSBEAK that flew over
our place. The flocks are surely to follow any day now!
